Conformance to Law. This Agreement and the provisions relating to commissions shall, without prior notice, be automatically modified to conform to any law or governmental regulation having application to or jurisdiction over the subject matter of the parties hereto and the parties shall promptly amend the Agreement to comply with such modifications.
