Common use of Conflicts; Ratification Clause in Contracts

Conflicts; Ratification. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Amendment and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of this Amendment shall supersede and control. Except as herein modified, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are incorporated herein and shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed by the University and Licensee.
