CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND EMPLOYMENT RESTRICTION. 11.1 No Conflicting Relationships. Contractor certifies to the PUCT that no existing or contemplated relationship exists between Contractor and the PUCT that interferes with fair competition or is a conflict of interest, and that no existing or contemplated relationship exists between Contractor and another person or organization, whether or not located within the State of Texas, that constitutes or will constitute a conflict of interest for Contractor with respect to the PUCT.
