Conflicting Demands/Disputes. If there is any uncertainty regarding the ownership of an account or its funds or the authenticity or legitimacy of any transaction associated with your account we may, at our sole discretion, freeze the account and refuse transactions until we conduct an investigation to resolve the matter to our satisfaction. If you discover an error, forgery, alteration or other unauthorized activity involving transfers from your account using your routing and direct deposit number, you must notify us immediately by calling us at (000) 000-0000, but within no later than 2 days, by telephone and promptly in writing of the relevant facts, including a description of the transaction or error and the identity of any suspected perpetrator.
