Common use of Conflict Waiver Clause in Contracts

Conflict Waiver. Pledgee acknowledges and agrees that the Escrow Agent is solely representing the Pledgor in connection with this Agreement and the Note and Pledgee waives any objection it might have with respect to the Escrow Agent acting as the Escrow Agent pursuant to this Agreement.
