Common use of Confirming Documentation Clause in Contracts

Confirming Documentation. Tenant agrees that, in order to confirm the provisions of this Article, but in no way limiting the self-operative effect of said provisions, Tenant shall execute and deliver whatever instruments Landlord may reasonably require for such purposes within thirty (30) days following written request by Landlord to confirm the subordination of this Lease and Tenant's rights hereunder in relation to any Governing Instruments.

Confirming Documentation. Tenant agrees that, in order to confirm the provisions of this Article, but in no way limiting the self-operative effect of said provisions, Tenant shall execute and deliver whatever instruments Landlord may reasonably require for such purposes within thirty ten (3010) days following written request by Landlord, including but not limited to a subordination agreement, amendment of this Lease or other instrument requested by Landlord to confirm confirming the subordination of this Lease and Tenant's ’s rights hereunder in relation to any Governing Instruments.
