Common use of Confirmations and Statements Clause in Contracts

Confirmations and Statements. I agree to notify you immediately upon receipt of my confirmation and/or monthly statement of any errors or misunderstandings with respect to my account. Unless I immediately object, verbally and in writing, confirmations of transactions and statements for my account shall be binding to me. 12. COMMUNICATIONS.
