Confirmation Tests. A confirmation BAT shall be conducted by the Breath Alcohol Technician after a waiting period of no less than fifteen minutes. In the event the results of the initial test and the confirmation test are not identical, the confirmation test result shall be deemed to be the final result upon which any action might be based. Any contractor or subcontractor with results of 0.02 or greater will be removed by Chesapeake from Chesapeake Property.
