All persons that will be working with PHI COUNTY 21 discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of 22 COUNTY must sign a confidentiality statement that includes, at a minimum, General Use, Security and 23 Privacy Safeguards, Unacceptable Use, and Enforcement Policies.
