Common use of Confidentiality of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Agreement. Other than with respect to information required to be disclosed by applicable law, the Parties hereto agree not to disclose the terms of this Agreement to any Person; provided the Executive may disclose this Agreement and/or any of its terms to the Executive’s immediate family, financial advisors and attorneys, so long as the Executive instructs every such Person to whom the Executive makes such disclosure not to disclose the terms of this Agreement further. Anytime after this Agreement is filed with the SEC or any other government agency by the Company and becomes a public record, this provision shall no longer apply.
