Confidentiality Obligations of SAFC. In the course of the performance of this Agreement, Company may, from time to time, disclose Confidential Information of Company to SAFC or its Affiliates. Except as expressly permitted otherwise by the terms of this Agreement, SAFC shall: (i) maintain in confidence and not disclose the Confidential Information of Company to any third party, except on a need-to-know basis to SAFC’s (or its Affiliates’) employees and agents to the extent such disclosure is reasonably necessary in connection with SAFC’s (or its Affiliates’) activities as expressly authorized by this Agreement and upon obligations of confidentiality similar to those set forth herein; and (ii) not use or grant the use of the Confidential Information of Company for any purpose other than the performance of SAFC’s obligations hereunder.

  • Confidentiality Obligations During the Term and at all times thereafter, neither party shall disclose Confidential Information of the other party or use such Confidential Information for any purpose without the prior written consent of such other party. Without limiting the preceding sentence, each party shall use at least the same degree of care in safeguarding the other party’s Confidential Information as it uses to safeguard its own Confidential Information.
