Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any Information that is furnished, made available, or otherwise disclosed by one Party ("Disclosing Party") to the other Party ("Receiving Party") in consequence of the existence of this Agreement, shall be deemed and remain the property of the Disclosing Party.
