Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. Executive has executed, and as applicable shall execute, the Company’s Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement, the current form of is attached as Exhibit B, and as updated from time to time (“CIIA”), the provisions of which are hereby incorporated by reference and shall govern the Executive’s obligations and responsibilities with regard to the Company Confidential Information (as that term is defined in the CIIA), the assignment of intellectual property, and other matters. Executive agrees to comply with the terms of the CIIA. To the extent that any provision of the CIIA conflicts with any provision in this Agreement, the provisions requiring Executive to comply with the higher standard shall govern.
Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. As a condition to Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive has entered into the Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and the obligations and responsibilities set forth therein shall survive the termination of Executive’s employment regardless of the reason for the termination.
Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. Each present and future officer and employee of the Company, and all of its subsidiaries, shall sign the Company’s Employee Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement and each present and future consultant whose services is essential to the intellectual property of the Company shall sign agreements with the Company providing for analogous confidentiality and invention assignment provisions.
Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. As a condition of Service Provider’s engagement hereunder, Service Provider is required to execute the Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A, contemporaneously with execution of this Agreement, and to abide by the terms of such agreement at all times.
Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that he must execute the Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) between the Company and the Executive, attached hereto as Exhibit A, as a condition of his employment with the Company. The terms of the Confidentiality Agreement are incorporated by reference in this Agreement and the Executive hereby reaffirms the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement as a material term of this Agreement.
Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. The terms of such Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement are incorporated herein by this reference and Executive acknowledges and agrees that its terms and conditions constitute materials terms of this Agreement.
Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. You acknowledge that the Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement (the “Confidentiality Agreement,” a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A) executed in connection herewith is an integral component of your employment by the Company and is made a part of this Agreement by incorporation.
Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. Each key officer and employee (including key technical employees) of the Group Companies as set forth in Exhibit G hereto as well as Li Jin and Xxx Xxxx Ho shall have entered into a Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Investors.
Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. The Executive’s commencement of employment with the Company is conditioned upon his signing a non- disclosure and invention assignment agreement (the “Non-Disclosure and Invention Agreement”) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. The terms of the Non-Disclosure and Invention Agreement are incorporated by reference in this Agreement and the Executive hereby reaffirms the terms of the Non-Disclosure and Invention Agreement as a material term of this Agreement.
