Common use of CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION. All designs, drawings, specifications, reports, data, computer programs, and other technical or proprietary information compiled or developed by the Contractor or furnished or disclosed to the Contractor by FAO under this Contract (“Information”) shall be the property of FAO and shall be treated as confidential and safeguarded by the Contractor, its employees, agents and representatives. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by FAO, the Contractor shall use such Information only in the performance of this Contract. Upon completion or termination of this Contract, the Contractor shall return such Information to FAO.
