Each current and former employee, consultant and officer of the Company has executed an agreement with the Company regarding confidentiality and proprietary information (the “Confidential Information Agreements”). No current or former employee, consultant and officer of the Company has excluded works or inventions from his or her assignment of inventions pursuant to such person’s Confidential Information Agreement. The Company is not aware that any current or former employee, consultant and officer of the Company is in violation of any Confidential Information Agreement.
