Conference Structure. In addition to the OTA Commanders, attendees may include the OTA Vice/Deputy Commanders and/or TDs/Chief Scientists. At their discretion, the Commanders may invite additional participants that can add to, or benefit from, the conference agenda. However, the number of additional participants should be kept to a minimum. The host OTA Commander will chair each conference. a. All agenda items will have an assigned POC. Topics will usually be introduced through a brief and followed by discussion as required. POCs are responsible for coordinating any particular audio/visual requirements in advance with the host ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. Paper copies of briefs for attendees will not normally be required. The League structure for the 2019 competitive season in the following manner: The Red (East) conference will consist of New York Rugby Club, Chicago North Shore, Atlanta Harlequins, Beantown, and Twin City Amazons; The Blue (West) Conference will consist of ORSU, Berkeley All Blues, San Diego Surfers, Life West, and Glendale Raptors. This structure will be revisited each year until a long-term structure is successfully voted on. 2. Regular season match play will determine the seeding heading into the Championship weekend (see Points System below). Therefore, every match counts and every match has an impact on whether a club will compete for the Cup or the Bowl during the Championship weekend. Reaching the Cup bracket in the Championship will require clubs to play at a consistently high level throughout the season. Every game should require the athletes to perform under pressure and thus assist athlete development across the board.

  • Conference Promptly after the execution of this Contract, Contractor shall confer with the Program Manager, Design Professional, Owner, and Using Agency to identify personnel and relevant organizational charts of each team member, and to establish working relationships with each team member.

  • SPECIAL CONFERENCES Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the Association or individual employee and the Employer or its designated representative upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between at least two representatives of the Employer and at least two representatives of the Association.

  • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference shall be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in the Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties. b) A copy of the pre-job conference report shall be provided to the Employer, the Union and the Job ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (s). A copy shall also be posted on the bulletin board(s) at the jobsite.

  • Parent-Teacher Conferences A. Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable. B. In the event that a bargaining unit member does not communicate with a parent on the established date for parent unit member conferences as per the calendar adopted by the Board, a reasonable attempt to contact that parent will be made. A reasonable attempt constitutes a phone call or email. If that contact is not returned, the bargaining unit member shall not be obligated to make further contact.

  • Conferences At the request of the State or the Engineer, conferences shall be provided at the Engineer's office, the office of the State, or at other locations designated by the State. These conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineer's services and work when requested by the State.
