  • Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by the Employee give or be deemed to give the Employee any right to continued employment by the Company or any Affiliate of the Company.

  • No Right To Employment or Other Status The grant of an award of RSUs shall not be construed as giving the Participant the right to continued employment or any other relationship with the Company. The Company expressly reserves the right at any time to dismiss or otherwise terminate its relationship with the Participant free from any liability or claim under the Plan or this Agreement, except as expressly provided herein.
