CONDUITS AND CABLE PATHWAYS. Conduit will be provided to support systems and equipment. All conduit will have a minimum additional 20% free space. 1. The Lecture Theatre will be equipped with a suitable conduit/cable-­‐tray and back-­‐box infrastructure to support the low voltage AV system connectivity requirements, as outlined below. 2. Conduits will connect the lectern location with the projection room equipment rack location (home run). The conduits will be stubbed into the lectern from below. 3. Conduits will connect the audience camera location at the Lecture Theatre front wall with the projection room equipment rack location (home run). 4. Conduits will connect the confidence monitor millwork location with the projection room equipment rack location (home run). The conduit end at the confidence monitor millwork location will terminate into a recessed, 87mm deep four-­‐gang box mounted inside the confidence monitor millwork. 5. Conduits will connect the side camera location at the Lecture Theatre side wall with the projection room equipment rack location (home run). 6. Conduits will connect the playback speaker locations with the projection room equipment rack location (home run). The conduit end at the playback speaker location will terminate into recessed, single-­‐gang boxes. 7. Conduit home run will connect the booth operator/rack room’s AV equipment rack location to each of four ceiling loudspeaker zones (front row, second row, third row and fourth row). All four zones will be laid out in the same direction as the audience seating/tables. The conduit will connect the speakers for each zone. 8. Install suitably sized loudspeaker cable to connect the audio amplifier mounted in the AV equipment racks located in the booth operator/rack room to each ceiling speaker in the four zones. Provide a daisy chain connection to each of the loudspeakers in each of the four zones. 9. For all ceiling speakers to be mounted in GWB (dry wall board), provide a suitable plaster ring. 10. Conduits will connect the booth operator/rack room’s equipment racks with the location of the Lecture Theatre lighting system dimmer controller. 11. Conduits will connect the booth operator/rack room’s equipment rack with a data/communication closet closest to Lecture Theatre. 12. Conduits will connect the booth operator/rack room’s equipment racks with either end of each audience desk in the Lecture Theatre. The Classroom, Learning Space, Computer Lab, and Meeting Room type space will be equipped with a suitable conduit infrastructure to support the low voltage AV system connectivity requirements, as outlined below. All conduits for AV system will have an additional 20% capacity for future cable additions. 2. Conduit will connect lectern or computer instructor desk floor box with the ceiling plenum for projector and speakers. The conduit end at the playback speaker location will terminate into recessed, single-­‐gang boxes. 3. Conduit will connect meeting table floor box with display monitor on front wall for Meeting type spaces. 4. Conduit Lectern floor box will connect ceiling loudspeaker zones in 30-­‐seat Classroom. The conduit will connect the speakers in each zone. 5. For all ceiling speakers to be mounted in GWB (dry wall board), provide a suitable plaster ring. 6. All conduits require being equipped with pull-­‐strings to allow for the low voltage wiring being pulled in. 7. Conduit with more than 4 – 90 degree turns requires a pull box to be inserted in proper location.

The Videoconference Meeting Rooms and Classroom will be equipped with a conduit/cable-­‐tray and back-­‐ FINAL DRAFT box infrastructure to support the low-­‐voltage AV system connectivity requirements. 2. Appropriate quantity and size of conduits will be needed to facilitate AV, IT, and power cable runs between: a. The AV pull box and the camera locations; b. The AV pull box and the displays (for displays and side-­‐mount speakers); c. The AV pull box and the lectern; and d. The AV box and equipment rack in booth operator/rack room. e. With the approved shaped table (if floor coring is possible): i. From the electrical panel to centre of the of table; and ii. From the AV pull box to the centre of table.

Conduit runs with more than four-­‐ 90 degree turns require cable pull boxes to be inserted in the proper locations. 4. For any location that requires a power outlet (as described in section 3.3.2), appropriate conduits will be installed.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Infrastructure Modification of the location and/or sizing of the infrastructure for the Project that does not materially change the functionality of the infrastructure.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Network Interconnection Methods 3.1 The Interconnection provided herein may not be used solely for the purpose of originating a Party’s own interexchange traffic.
