Common use of Conduct of Study Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Study. a) The Institution and the Investigator hereby agree to conduct the Study in accordance with this Agreement and the Protocol. The Institution and the Investigator shall also follow PSI’s and/or the Sponsor’s instructions as they relate to the Institution’s and/or the Investigator’s performance under this Agreement.

Conduct of Study. a) The Institution and the Investigator hereby agree to conduct the Study in accordance a diligent, efficient and skillful manner, in strict compliance with this Agreement and the Protocol. The Institution and the Investigator shall also follow PSI’s and/or the Sponsor’s instructions as they relate to the Institution’s and/or the Investigator’s performance under this Agreement.

Conduct of Study. a) The Institution and the Investigator hereby agree to conduct the Study in accordance with this Agreement and the ProtocolProtocol which is included by reference as Attachment 1 to this Agreement and approved by the Institution and Investigator as part of the Agreement. The Institution and the Investigator shall also follow PSI’s and/or the Sponsor’s instructions instructions, communicated guidelines and policies, and terms of the ethics committee(s) as they relate to the Institution’s and/or the Investigator’s performance under this Agreement.

The Institution and the Investigator shall also follow PSI’s and/or the Sponsor’s and PSI’s instructions as they relate to the Institution’s and/or the Investigator’s performance under this Agreement. Should there be any inconsistency between the Protocol and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of the Protocol shall prevail for the interpretation of scientific matters and the terms of this Agreement shall prevail for all other matters.
