Study Subjects. Company shall not offer compensation on behalf of Merck to any Study subject or bind Merck to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject. Merck shall not offer compensation on behalf of Company to any Study subject or bind Company to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject.
Study Subjects. BioLineRx shall not offer compensation on behalf of Merck to any Study subject or bind Merck to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject. Likewise, Merck shall not offer compensation on behalf of BioLineRx to any Study subject or bind BioLineRx to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject.
Study Subjects. Syndax shall not offer compensation on behalf of Genentech to any Subject or bind Genentech to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Subject.
Study Subjects. Pfizer shall not offer compensation on behalf of Ideaya to any Study subject or bind Ideaya to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject. Likewise, Ideaya shall not offer compensation on behalf of Pfizer to any Study subject or bind Pfizer to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject.
Study Subjects. Company shall not offer compensation on behalf of MSD to any Study subject or bind MSD to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject. MSD shall not offer compensation on behalf of Company to any Study subject or bind Company to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject.
Study Subjects. Syndax shall not offer compensation on behalf of Merck to any Study subject or bind Merck to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject. Likewise, Merck shall not offer compensation on behalf of Syndax to any Study subject or bind Syndax to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject.
Study Subjects. Except as may be mutually agreed upon in writing in the Study informed consent form or a Site clinical trial agreement, Vaccinex shall not offer compensation on behalf of Merck to any Study subject or bind Merck to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject. Likewise, except as may be mutually agreed in writing upon in the Study informed consent form or a Site clinical trial agreement, Merck shall not offer compensation on behalf of Vaccinex to any Study subject or bind Vaccinex to any indemnification obligations in favor of any Study subject. Study Subjects. (a) The Parties shall ensure that the recruitment of the Study Subjects shall take place in accordance with the approved Protocol and the allocation of roles and responsibilities set out in Schedule 3.
