Common use of Conduct of Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Arbitration. The arbitration will be governed by the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA, except as expressly provided in this Section 10.13. However, the arbitration will be administered by an organization mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties. If the Parties are unable to agree upon the organization to administer the arbitration, it will be administered by the AAA under its procedures for large and complex cases.
