Conditions Precedent to All Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations. The obligation of any Agent or any Lender to make any Loan or of the Administrative Agent to assist the Borrowers in establishing or opening any Letter of Credit Accommodation on or after the Effective Date is subject to the fulfillment, in a manner satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, of each of the following conditions precedent:
