Common use of Conditions of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Assignment. 32.2.1 The consent of the Borrower is required for an assignment by a Lender, unless the assignment is to another Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Event of Default is continuing. The Agent will immediately advise the Borrower of the assignment.

The Agent will immediately advise the Borrower Borrowers of the assignment.

Conditions of Assignment. 32.2.1 (a) The consent of the Borrower is required for an assignment by a Lender, unless (i) the assignment is to another Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or, (ii) if the Lender is a fund, to a fund which is a related fund, or (iii) an Event of Default is continuing. The Agent will immediately advise the Borrower of the assignment.
