Conditions for Use and Access. A. Use of the case data website provided shall constitute the User’s agreement that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois shall have exclusive original jurisdiction and venue over any and all claims, disputes and actions between the Trustee and User arising out of or related to the implementation, enforcement or interpretation of this agreement. B. The User shall obtain and supply, at its sole cost, all equipment, including computer, peripherals, modems, software and connections, and shall be responsible for and pay any and all other fees or costs necessary to implement this Agreement. C. A log in and password for access to the case data website provided may be applied for by following the instructions on the home page of the Trustee’s website, in the section entitled “Online Case Information → Website ID / Login Request for Attorneys.”
