Common use of Conditioned Space Clause in Contracts

Conditioned Space. INAP shall be responsible for providing air conditioning (cooling and humidity control), fire suppression systems, smoke detection systems, water detection systems, and such other systems as are reasonably necessary and appropriate to ensure the environment within the Data Center Suite is controlled consistent with the Service Level Agreement, and in no case less than industry standards for substantially similar hardened, multi-tenant secure colocation data centers.
