Conditional Uses. In an I Zone, the following uses are permitted as conditional uses when authorized in accordance with Section 8.9.1 to 8.9.6 of this Title: (A) Junkyards or automobile wrecking yards. 296 TITLE VIII ZONING (B) Animal slaughterhouses. (C) Rendering plants. (D) Any uses that may possess characteristics injurious to health and safety due to emissions of smoke, dust, odor, fumes, refuse, noise or other effluents.
