Common use of Conditional Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Conditional Acceptance. 1.1.Unless otherwise agreed to and accepted by Vitrum Industries Ltd. and/or Vitrum Glass Ltd. (“Vitrum”), any Quote (a “Quote”) issued by Vitrum may be accepted by Buyer only for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date the Quote is issued. Buyer’s attempted acceptance of a Quote after this period creates no obligation on Vitrum unless subsequently accepted by Vitrum in writing. “
