Guarantee Facility. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Commercial Lenders make available to the Borrower, during the Availability Period-Commercial Lenders’ Guarantee, a guarantee facility in the amount of up to the Guarantee Facility Commitment (the “Guarantee Facility”) granted by the Commercial Lenders in the form of the Commercial Lenders’ Guarantee conditional upon the utilisation of the Eksportfinans Commercial Facility.
Guarantee Facility. Facility may be utilized as follows:

In case a payment demand is made by the beneficiary under a Guarantee, the Lender will send a notice to the Borrower informing the Borrower of such payment demand, and specifying (a) the amount to be reimbursed by the Borrower, (b) the date on which such reimbursement is to be made, and (c) the account to which the reimbursement amount is to be transferred. Guarantee Facility. Activities under this sub-component shall be implemented by specialized guarantee agencies at county and prefecture levels selected in accordance with criteria specified in the PIM. To this end, a subsidiary agreement shall be entered into by BOFs with each selected guarantee agency.
Guarantee Facility. Subject to the Initial Construction Facility being made available to the Borrower and subject to Clause 5 (Conditions precedent) and Clause 7 (Utilisation – Bank Guarantees) and Clause 8 (Bank Guarantees), the Guarantee Facility Lender makes available to the Borrower a revolving guarantee facility not exceeding the Guarantee Commitment during the Guarantee Availability Period.
Guarantee Facility. 3.1. KMGT agrees to establish a guarantee facility (the "Guarantee Facility") for the benefit of the Primary Mortgage Lender, under which KMGT may, from time to time and at the request of the Primary Mortgage Lender, issue individual guarantees ("Guarantee Covers") covering Payment Defaults for Mortgage Loans under specified Mortgage Loan Portfolios, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
3.2. The total liability of KMGT under this Facility shall not exceed the aggregate of the Guaranteed Amounts under all Guarantee Covers issued and outstanding under this Guarantee Facility.
