CONDITION PRECEDENT DOCUMENTS. Save as the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Banks) may otherwise agree, the Company may not deliver any Request for Payment hereunder unless the Agent has confirmed to the Company that it has received all of the documents referred to in Part I of Appendix 1 and that each is, in form and substance, satisfactory to the Agent and that all other conditions referred to therein have been met, to the satisfaction of the Agent.
