Common use of Condition of Buildings and Tangible Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Condition of Buildings and Tangible Personal Property. To the knowledge of the Shareholder, all of the premises occupied, and the items of Tangible Personal Property are in operating condition and repair, comply in all respects with applicable laws, regulations and ordinances, including but not limited to zoning, building and fire codes and are suitable and sufficient for the present conduct of the Company's business. Each item of Tangible Personal Property is adequately covered by one of the insurance policies described in Section hereto.
