Condition Assessment Report Sample Clauses

A Condition Assessment Report clause requires a formal evaluation and documentation of the current state of a property, asset, or system. Typically, this involves an inspection by a qualified professional who identifies existing defects, maintenance needs, or compliance issues, and summarizes findings in a written report.
