Concurrent play Clause Samples

The "Concurrent play" clause establishes that multiple activities or operations can occur simultaneously rather than sequentially. In practice, this means that different parties or teams may perform their respective tasks at the same time, such as construction trades working in parallel on a project site. This clause is essential for maximizing efficiency and reducing project timelines by allowing overlapping work, thereby minimizing delays that could arise if each activity had to wait for the previous one to finish.
