Common use of Concession Clause in Contracts

Concession. Legal relationship of Public Law established between the GRANTOR and the CONCESSIONAIRE since the Closing Date, by means of which the GRANTOR gives the CONCESSIONAIRE the right to the Project’s economic exploitation, throughout its term of effect, as per the terms of the Contract and the Applicable Laws and Provisions.
