Common use of Concerning the Warrant Agent Clause in Contracts

Concerning the Warrant Agent. (a) The Company agrees to pay to the Warrant Agent, pursuant to the fee schedule mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto and provided separately on the date hereof, for all services rendered by it hereunder and, from time to time, its reasonable expenses and counsel fees and other disbursements incurred in the preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution of this Agreement and the exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.

Concerning the Warrant Agent. (a) The Company agrees to pay to the Warrant Agent, pursuant to the fee schedule mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto and provided separately on the date hereof, for all services rendered by it hereunder and, from time to time, its reasonable expenses and counsel fees and other disbursements actually incurred in the preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution of this Agreement and the exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.

(a) 8.1 The Company agrees to pay to the Warrant Agent, pursuant to the fee schedule mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto and provided separately on the date hereof, for all services rendered by it hereunder and, from time to time, its reasonable third-party expenses and counsel fees and other disbursements actually incurred in the preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution execution, and delivery of this Agreement and the exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.

Concerning the Warrant Agent. (a) 9.1 The Company agrees to pay to the Warrant Agent, pursuant to the fee schedule mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto and provided separately on the date hereof, for all services rendered by it hereunder and, from time to time, its reasonable third-party expenses and counsel fees and other disbursements actually incurred in the preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution execution, and delivery of this Agreement and the exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.

Concerning the Warrant Agent. (a) The Company agrees to pay to the Warrant AgentAgent in accordance with Section 30 hereof, pursuant to the fee schedule mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto and provided separately on the date hereof, for all services rendered by it hereunder and, from time to time, its reasonable expenses and counsel fees and other disbursements incurred in the preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution of this Agreement and the exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.
