Concept Plan. The Concept Plan is not intended to be a rigid, exact site plan for future development. The location of roads, buildings, recreational amenities and other elements may vary at the time of permit applications when more specific designs are available, as long as the maximum densities set herein, and the general concept of development suggested by the Concept Plan, and master plans is followed and respected. Such variations are eligible to be approved at staff level in accordance with the Zoning Regulations.
