Common use of Concept Design Clause in Contracts

Concept Design.  alignment design drawing in Autocad format;  alignment design parameters;  drawings of building and structure in scale 1:100 in layout, cross section and longitudinal section;  all existing drawings of the Concept design in hard copy and in computer readable data files (MS-Office formats, AutoCad format (drawings) including layer specification and plot-styles and Plot-files or PDF-files of drawings.
