Computer Software. For all Computer Software produced in the performance of this CRADA, the Parties shall provide an Announcement Notice, AN 241.4 Software Announcement Notice, along with providing the source code, the executable object code and the minimum support documentation needed by a competent user to understand and use the Computer Software to DOE’s Energy Science and Technology Software Center (ESTSC) via xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxx. The source code of the Computer Software may be marked as Protected CRADA Information in accordance with this Article; however, the Government’s use of the executable object code is governed by the applicable license below.
