Comprehensive Public Liability, Property Damage, and Catastrophic Physical Damage. Comprehensive public liability and property damage protection in respect of the possession, condition, maintenance, operation and use of the Lease Vehicles, in the amount required to meet the minimum financial responsibility requirements mandated by applicable state law for each occurrence, and catastrophic physical damage insurance, in an amount not less than $50,000,000. Catastrophic physical damage insurance shall name the Collateral Agent as loss payee as its interests may appear.
