Common use of COMPREHENSIVE PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

COMPREHENSIVE PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SERVICES. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will provide to the P.C. a comprehensive range of non-medical Practice Management Services, all as described in this Agreement, which the parties agree are sufficient to enable the P.C. to conduct its medical practice (hereinafter the "P.C.'s Practice") and the P.C. shall retain the Company on an exclusive basis (exclusive as to the P.C. itself as well as to any other person or entity related to or affiliated with the P.C.) to provide such services. For purposes of clarification, it is understood that all services, of any nature whatsoever including, without limitation, the providing of clerical, managerial, technological, consulting, billing, collections and receivable processing services, that are to be provided by the Company to the P.C., whether or not specifically described in this Agreement, shall not include services which relate to the providing of medical services.

For purposes of clarification, it is understood that all services, of any nature whatsoever including, without limitation, the providing of clerical, managerial, technological, consulting, billing, collections consulting and receivable receivables processing services, that are to be provided by the Company to the P.C., whether or not specifically described in this Agreement, shall not include services which relate to the providing of medical services.
