Personnel Services. The Department agrees to furnish, to the extent feasible as determined by the Director in his or her discretion, as an additional reimbursable item, all necessary personnel required for Client's reasonable use of the Premises for the Event as provided in this Agreement, including but not limited to Event Staff and other general labor.

Personnel Services. NB hereby represents and warrants to Radius that (a) each of the persons it assigns to perform Services under any Work Statement, whether such personnel are employed by Affiliates of NB or by approved subcontractors, shall have the proper skill, training and experience so as to be able to perform in a competent and professional manner and that all work will be so performed; and (b) before providing Services, all such personnel shall have agreed in writing to (i) confidentiality obligations consistent with the terms of this Agreement, and (ii) to assign or otherwise effectively vest in NB any and all rights that such personnel might otherwise have in the results of their work.

These UPWP activities directly relate to a comprehensive, cooperative and continuing planning process emphasized within FAST Act, one that promotes, preserves and produces an efficient intermodal transportation system, supporting economic development while improving security and safety.

Vendor hereby represents and warrants to VIEWRAY that each of the persons it assigns to perform Services under any Work Statement shall have the proper skill, training and background so as to be able to perform in a competent and professional manner and that all work will be so performed. It is understood and agreed that Vendor does not represent or warrant that it will be able to perform Services or deliver Deliverables that are subject to Acceptance and that Vendor shall have no liability under this Agreement if it is unable to do so provided it complies with the provisions of Section 1.3.
Personnel Services. ENGINEER shall be compensated for personnel services on the basis of actual annual average hourly rates paid to personnel assigned to the PROJECT for each hour of services rendered times a 3.2 factor to cover overhead and profit. Such rates shall be computed as actual annual base salary, in effect at the time the services are rendered, divided by 1,950 hours. Personnel services rates shall include applicable required overtime premium for covered employees.
Personnel Services. PG&E will provide, without charge, a maximum of sixteen (16) hours of assistance to the Trade Partner’s designated EDI technical support staff. Upon Trade Partner’s request, PG&E is willing to provide additional assistance beyond the initial 16 hours, at the rate of $ N/A per hour. Trade Partner will be billed monthly for services rendered hereunder. Each invoice will be payable upon receipt.
Personnel Services. (a) The Company will provide to the P.C., on a non-exclusive basis, personnel and other non-medical personnel such as, for example, secretaries, receptionists, file clerks, administrators, etc. ("Non-Medical Personnel") as may be reasonably required to perform necessary services for the P.C.
Personnel Services. WellQuest shall employ the personnel WellQuest determines necessary or appropriate to operate the Practice, other than the physicians and other medical staff who must be employed by Practice pursuant to requirements of law. All such employees will be employed by WellQuest and entitled to such fringe benefits as WellQuest customarily provides for such personnel. All non-physician personnel required to support and service Practice shall be employed by WellQuest and provided to Practice under the employee lease agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B.
