Comprehensive Assessment. The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the CP shall complete a Comprehensive Assessment, as described in Section 2.5.B.4 of the Contract. The CP shall utilize a Comprehensive Assessment tool of their choosing that meets the requirements as set forth in Section 2.5.B.4. In addition to the requirements in Section 2.5.B.4 of the Contract, the Parties’ subcontract shall require the following: 1. For the Medication domain, the CP shall conduct a medication review in accordance with Section 2.6.C.6 of the Contract and Section 1.2.
