Common use of Comprehensive Assessment Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive Assessment. The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the CP shall complete a Comprehensive Assessment, as described in Section 2.5.B.4 of the Contract. The CP shall utilize a Comprehensive Assessment tool of their choosing that meets the requirements as set forth in Section 2.5.B.4.
