Common use of Compound Information Clause in Contracts

Compound Information. Array shall make available to DuPont the following information for the Compounds delivered hereunder: (i) structural data for each Compound; (ii) plate location coordinates and an identification number for each Compound; and (iii) [ * ] Compounds ([ * ] "Compound Information"). In addition, Array shall make available to DuPont a copy of the quality control data and methods used for Compounds delivered hereunder.
