Compound Information. Together with each TA Library delivered hereunder, Array shall provide to Tularik the following Compound Information for the Compounds in such TA Library: (i) structural data for each Compound; (ii) plate location coordinates and an identification number for each Compound; and (iii) [ * ] (collectively, the "Compound Information"). In addition, Array shall make available a copy of the quality control data and methods used for each TA Library delivered hereunder.
