COMPOSITE CREWS. It is recognized by the Employer and the Union that the performance of work subject to this Agreement will require the use of composite crews; that is, crews made up of employees in classifications represented by more than one Union. It is understood that only qualified craft persons from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers shall work on or within the minimum approach distance of energized electrical conductors, with the exception of HVAC, which will be worked by the appropriate crafts.
