Component Traceability. Neoprobe shall be responsible for defining any "critical" components of the Product requiring component level traceability. Neoprobe must also select the appropriate component level or Product level traceability grade, in order to meet any applicable FDA requirements or regulations. Plexus is responsible for implementing the defined manufacturing-level traceability requirements and for ensuring that the appropriate manufacturing-level traceability records and associated records are retained for the duration of the Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, Plexus is not responsible for ensuring traceability of the Product covered by this Agreement after distribution to the end user(s).

Component Traceability. Supplier shall track serial numbers of key components and make this information available, upon request from Dot Hill, to conduct any necessary field recall. Serial number data of affected systems shall be provided by Supplier within [***] after request. Supplier shall have traceability, by serial number, of completion of key processes documented in the sample process flow in section 14. For Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (“PCBA’s”), this will include visual Quality Assurance (“QA”), PCBA cleaning/wash, ICT results, and FVT results. The Product shall have backward component traceability for mutually agreed key components.

  • Traceability 11.1 Under the terms of this Agreement, Supplier shall have and operate a process to ensure that all Products, sub-assemblies and the components contained therein supplied to the Buyer are completely Traceable back to manufacturer by batch or lot or date code. 11.2 Further Supplier hereby agrees, unless directed otherwise by the Buyer, to procure components through franchised distributors or direct component Suppliers. Supplier agrees to indemnify and hold the Buyer harmless from and against all costs and expenses for the removal, repair or replacement and reinstallation of counterfeit components incorporated into a Product sold by Supplier to the Buyer where the counterfeit component was procured by Supplier from a person or entity other than a franchised distributor or direct component Supplier or other person or entity pre-approved by the Buyer in writing.

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case. 2.   • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Freedom has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Freedom. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Freedom (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Freedom, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Freedom will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.
