Component Staffing. (a) Each Secondary School shall be assigned .17 FTE guidance Teacher for every twenty five (25) students or a major portion thereof.
(b) There shall be a minimum of four (4) FTE assigned as Student Success Teachers system-wide.
(c) The schools shall assign a minimum of three (3) FTE as an American Sign Language (ASL) / Langue des signes Québécoise (LSQ) Teacher system wide. The FTEs will be equitably distributed amongst all schools for the deaf based on student enrolment.
Component Staffing. 060 Subject to the funding model, the Board shall maintain a minimum staff of 23.5 FTE Special Education Teachers for the Secondary panel, including Teachers of Community Living.

For the purpose of supervision and monitoring, Teachers of Experiential Learning (Co-op, Bridges shall be assigned on the basis that every twenty-four (24) credits equals one (1) teaching period.
