Component Specifications. Seller shall provide upon request from Buyer a complete list of all pans and components used in the Product and the manufacturers of such parts and components, specifically noting which parts or components are available only from the manufacturer listed. Seller shall ensure that all Products and pertinent parts and components of all Products are serialized and otherwise identified in accordance with any reasonable requirements specified by Buyer.
