Common use of COMPLIANCES Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCES. That the Allottee, if resident outside India, shall solely be responsible for complying with the necessary formalities as laid down in Foreign Exchange Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000, Xxxxxxx Affordable Housing Policy, 2013 or any amendment or modification thereof and other applicable laws including those relating to remittance of and payment for acquisition of the immovable property in India. The Allottee shall furnish the declaration as required under law. In case there is any change in the residential status of the Allottee, subsequent to the signing of this Agreement, the same shall be intimated to the Company immediately.

In case there is any change in the residential status of the Allottee, subsequent to the signing of this Agreement, the same shall be intimated to the Company immediately.

In case there is any change in the residential status of the Allottee, subsequent to the signing of this Agreement, the same shall be intimated to the Company immediately.
