Common use of Compliance with Title Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Title. 77 MCA.‌ Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx specifically acknowledge that the Land is State school trust land managed by the Montana Board of Land Commissioners and agree that this Lease is subject to the provisions of Title 77 of the Montana Code Annotated and all associated Administrative Rules of Montana.
