Architect’s/Engineer’s work shall comply with and meet applicable requirements of federal, state, regional, or local law, including, but not limited to, the Uniform Building Code, the Education Code, Title 19 and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, and all requirements prescribed by the California Department of General Services. Architect/Engineer shall comply with any applicable prevailing wage law.
